Metsa. This is NOT a paper bag.
Last week Markus of Metsa dropped by for a visit and delivered some incredible handmade pieces. What we like to call NOT a paper bag, these bags are inspired by the old school lunch sacks we used to get in grade school. Finished with beeswax to help protect it against moisture, while giving the bag some rigidity, and a natural sweet smell. The bag has a french seam at the back which houses a galvanized steal wire. This wire helps the bag keep its shape while standing and also allows it to stay closed when rolled. This item was designed to be a travel/toiletry bag but could also be used to store a variety things, including jewelry.
Use it as a lunchbox or a jewelry case, either way you’re going to absolutely fall in love with this piece once you start using it.
